Spout pouches normally need a high barrier material such as multiple layers of polyethylene to prevent leakage. With waterproof Stone Paper products there is no need for so many additional barriers, which makes them green and Eco friendly.
Q. What filing options are available with your spout pouches?
A. There are three different ways to fill your pouch:
1) We can leave the top edge open for you to heat seal
2) We can leave the bottom edge open for you to heat seal
3) You can fill your substance through the actual spout.
Q. Do you need a machine to fill a Spout pouch?
A. All our spout pouches can be either filled by automatic production lines or by hand. For hand-filling, a funnel would be recommended if filling directly in through the spout or via the top of the pouch. You can also request additional information for automatic spout pouch filling lines from our packaging specialists.
